Who is the system for?
For local authorities and regional councils that support the youth movements in their area, and for the movements themselves. The youth department sees the whole city, and each movement works on its own branches.
Do the movements have to agree to use it?
Yes, and they gain from it too: counselors report in a minute, coordinators see all of their branches, and the numbers for the funding application are already there. Permissions are set so that each movement sees its own.
The counselors are 16. Isn’t it complicated for them?
No. They report from their phones, in the browser or in the iOS and Android app: open the activity, mark who came and save. Anyone who forgets gets a reminder.
What about activities on Shabbat?
Movements that meet on Shabbat mark attendance on Saturday night or on Sunday. No one has to use a phone on Shabbat.
What counts as an active member?
The city decides. The system keeps the attendance of every activity, and in the dashboards and the Excel export you can check it against the definition set in the criteria.
Can the data be used to split the funding?
The data can be the basis for transparent criteria: members who come, activities held, counselors and training. The city sets the criteria and the split, under its own procedures.
Who sees the members’ details?
Each user sees only what their permissions allow, by role and by movement. You can set the city to see summary data while personal details stay with the movement. Every view and download of a personal file is logged.
What happens when a counselor changes mid‑year?
The group passes to the new counselor with its whole history: attendance, activities and member files, according to their permissions.
Can attendance be taken on a trip or at camp?
Yes. A trip, a camp or a ceremony opens as a one‑off session, and attendance is taken the same way. You can open one session for the way out and one for the way back.
Does the system help in an emergency?
It shows which activities are on right now, where, how many members are at each one and who the counselor is. It does not replace the safety and emergency procedures of the city and the movements.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the size of the city, the number of movements and the modules you choose. We put together a tailored offer in the first call.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Israel, on AWS cloud infrastructure. Smart Campus is certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 27799 and is an approved vendor of the Ministry of Education.
