What is educational institution management software?
One system that brings the institution’s daily work together: attendance, a file for every student, exit approvals and the gate, lessons and clubs, maintenance, and a live picture for management. It replaces spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper notes.
Which institutions is Smart Campus for?
Boarding schools, youth villages, yeshivas and ulpanas, pre‑military academies and informal education programs, as well as local authorities and networks that run educational programs.
Does it also suit a regular school?
For schools, the relevant parts today are exit approvals and access control at the gate. The other modules were built for institutions where students live or stay through the day and the night.
How is it different from a school’s academic system?
An academic system handles grades, lessons and communication around studies. Smart Campus runs life in the institution itself: who is in and who is out, what happens in the afternoon and at night, and what the staff know about every student.
Does the staff have to work from a computer?
No. The main reports can also be made from a phone, so staff update information while they work, within their permissions.
Can several institutions or branches be managed in one system?
Yes. You set up an organizational structure with units, groups, facilities and locations, and every role gets the view and the permissions that fit it.
Can existing data be imported?
Yes. As part of onboarding we plan the data structure and the import you need.
Who sees what?
Each role sees only what its permissions allow, and every view of a student’s file is logged.
How do we get started?
In five steps: process mapping, setup and import, permissions, training and a pilot, and go‑live with ongoing guidance and support.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the size of the institution and the modules you choose. In the first call we put together an offer that fits you.
Which languages and devices does it work on?
In Hebrew, English and Russian, in the browser and in an app for iOS and Android.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Israel, on AWS cloud infrastructure. Smart Campus is certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 27799 and is an approved vendor of the Ministry of Education.
