A short note, at the right moment.
Worth more than a long form.

You can write a note on any student, even when they are present. The note reaches coordinators and management and is saved in the student file. When several staff members report on the same student, the system connects the notes and flags a change.

Report templates

Set it up once.
Reports open on their own.

The head of boarding builds a template for each regular report: morning, noon, evening or night. From then on, the report opens on time for the people responsible, and the system sends them a reminder. No more chasing counselors.

Time and days

The deadline and the days of the week. You can add an end date for a set period.

Groups and owners

Choose a category, such as boarding or school, the groups that report and the people responsible for the report.

Recipients

Who receives the full report and the notes, for example coordinators, managers or care staff.

Opening questions

Questions the counselor answers before the list: short or detailed answer, scale, multiple choice, dropdown or checkboxes.

Required questions

A question marked as required must be answered before the report is sent.

Days without activity

A holiday or a special day? Switch that day off on the template board, and no reports open.

FAQ

Questions we hear in every demo

What if a counselor misses the deadline?

The report is flagged “Overdue” in red, both for the counselor and on the dashboard. Management can see at any moment which groups have reported and which have not.

Can a report be saved halfway and finished later?

Yes. “Save draft” keeps everything marked so far, and you pick up where you left off.

Does a late student count as present?

Yes. On the dashboard, late students are counted as present and also shown separately, so repeated lateness is easy to spot.

How does the report know who is off campus?

It is synced with the exit approvals module and with gate access control. A student out on a valid approval is shown in blue, and a student whose approval has ended without a recorded return is shown in red. In both cases you can tap “Mark entry” right in the report.

Who can see the notes counselors write?

Whoever the template lists as report recipients, usually coordinators and management, plus staff with access to the student file. Every note is saved in the file with the date, time and author.

Can we add our own questions to the report?

Yes. In the template you add questions the counselor answers before the list: short or detailed answer, scale, multiple choice, dropdown or checkboxes. Any question can be made required.

Can attendance be reported from a computer too?

Yes. The same report is open in the app and on the computer, and the data stays in sync.

Can reports be exported or printed?

Yes. The report list exports to Excel, and the summary report prints in one click.

Does it work for school attendance too?

Yes. In the template you choose a category, such as boarding or school, and the groups that report. Each report goes to the people responsible for it.
