Smart Campus | Sveosoft attaches great importance to providing professional, equal, respectful and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities.
We work to enable every person to use the Smart Campus website and system as conveniently, clearly, independently and equally as possible, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web content accessibility, and the WCAG guidelines at level AA, insofar as these provisions apply to our services.
Smart Campus is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) system for managing educational institutions, boarding schools, youth villages, pre-military academies, non-profits and educational organizations. We therefore place particular importance on making the website, the system and the services accessible and clear for managers, staff, counselors, parents, guardians, students, participants and other users.

We work to make the system convenient and clear to use, taking into account the needs of different users, including staff, counselors, managers, parents, guardians and other users.
However, since the system also includes information, files, documents, images, forms and content entered by institutions and customers, some content uploaded by the customer may not be fully accessible. Responsibility for the accessibility of content, documents, images and files uploaded by the customer or its users lies with the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
7.Documents, files and visual content
We strive to make accessible the documents, files, forms, images and visual content that we publish on the website or provide as part of the service.
Older documents, previously uploaded files, documents created by third parties or files uploaded by customers may not be fully accessible.
If you encounter a document, file, image, video or visual content that is not accessible, you may contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to provide an accessible alternative, as far as technologically and operationally possible and according to the circumstances.
8.Accessibility inquiries
If you encounter a difficulty, malfunction, accessibility problem or any barrier on the website or in the Smart Campus system, we will be glad to receive your inquiry so that we can review the matter and address it as professionally and quickly as possible.

Urgent inquiries, or inquiries that prevent substantial use of the website or system, will receive priority according to the circumstances.
In some cases a full solution may require technical investigation, coordination with a third-party provider, a system change, further development or a longer handling time. In such cases we will try to keep the person who contacted us updated on the status.
10.Possible limitations and exceptions
Despite our efforts to make the website and system accessible, some parts may not be fully accessible or may not yet have been made accessible, among other reasons due to:

The customer is also responsible for training its users, setting appropriate permissions, providing internal support and reporting to us any accessibility problems discovered while using the system.
13.Ongoing accessibility improvement
We see accessibility as an ongoing process rather than a one-time action.
We therefore work from time to time to:
- aImprove the structure of the website and system;
- bTest interface components;
- cHandle user inquiries;
